Office Administrator - Lusail, Qatar
We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our growing team in Lusail, Qatar. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to the team. Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
