Part-Time Construction Manager



Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dar Kulaib. This role is suitable for individuals who have experience in construction management and are looking for a part-time opportunity. This position does not provide accommodation and is open to women candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Review project contracts, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and budget updates

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or MS Project
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate will be required to work 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
