Preservation Architect

We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to develop plans and strategies for the preservation, renovation, and restoration of their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Creating detailed preservation plans and proposals
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Overseeing construction projects to ensure adherence to preservation guidelines
- Utilizing specialized techniques and materials for restoration work
- Researching historical documentation and records to inform preservation decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in historic preservation or restoration work
- Strong understanding of architectural history, styles, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those without previous experience or accommodation in the area.
