We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Shan, Africa. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to join metal components. This role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust, debris, or other contaminants
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the welding process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Familiarity with safety procedures when operating welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical dexterity and strength
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan, Africa (local candidates preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (6 months with possibility of extension)

Experience Level: Entry-level/ No experience required

Nationality: Any (valid work permit in Africa required)

Language Requirement: English proficiency preferred but not required
