As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and prepare accurate maps and reports for construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to identify potential issues and ensure accuracy of results
- Prepare detailed maps and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information and ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance logs
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in the use of total stations, GPS receivers, and CAD software
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Indian national with valid passport
