Job Title: Baker (Full-Time)

As a Baker at our bakery in Albena, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality baked goods that will delight our customers. We are seeking a skilled and passionate baker who is dedicated to their craft and has a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards while handling ingredients and preparing baked goods.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed to ensure products are baked to perfection.
- Decorate and present finished products in an attractive manner.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other bakers and kitchen staff to plan menus, develop new recipes, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a baker in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes accurately.
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training or certification in baking or pastry arts.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume bakery or restaurant environment.
