Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of a construction project in Lusail, providing leadership and direction to the project team. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project within budget and quality standards. This role requires experience in the construction industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timeline and budget
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding project updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
- Experience working on large-scale projects in Lusail preferred
