Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Lusail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of construction regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of the construction process
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, progress reports, etc.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with diverse teams including contractors, subcontractors, architects etc.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lusail (preference for Indian candidates)
