Rental Company Manager


As a Rental Company Manager for our established company in Malindi, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental business. This includes managing a team of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of rental agents and maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and expenses.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure vehicles are well-maintained and available for rent.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of rental properties to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms for vehicle maintenance and other services.
- Prepare budget forecasts and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with proven leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of the rental industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Proficient in using computer software for record keeping and data analysis.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1300 per month along with health benefits and annual bonuses.
