Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers on our cruise ships. This role is based in Doha and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
In this role, you will assist passengers with inquiries and complaints, provide information about onboard activities and amenities, and handle bookings and reservations. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues that arise during the cruise, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of the cruise industry is preferred but not required. You must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a high level of multitasking and problem-solving skills.
