We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, inventory, and customer service
- Train and motivate employees to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract customers
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language is preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record in increasing sales and profitability
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
