We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Ar-Ruwais, a vibrant city known for its diverse culinary scene. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and finances.
- Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and increase sales.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with chefs to plan menus and specials that cater to local tastes while also maintaining brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with local health codes.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue through marketing initiatives or special events.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
