Barista

A bustling cafe in the heart of Karachi is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing coffee and tea beverages for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and restocking supplies.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Familiarity with latte art techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work full time hours

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Restock supplies as needed throughout shift
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1800$. Salary may increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Karachi, Pakistan. While preference will be given to local candidates, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally able to work in Pakistan.
