Skilled Handyman

We are in need of a Skilled Handyman to join our team in Khanpur. As a skilled handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include fixing electrical and plumbing issues, painting, carpentry work, and general repairs. You must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing broken appliances
- Installing new fixtures and fittings as needed
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical and plumbing issues
- Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Performing carpentry work such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Troubleshooting problems and finding creative solutions to fix them
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair tasks
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and quality of workmanship
- Good communication skills in English

Salary: 1600$ per month
