Merchandiser (Visa Sponsorship)



As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and executing merchandising strategies for our company in Funchal. Your main objective will be to ensure that our products are attractively displayed and available to customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Plan and execute product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and make restocking decisions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitors' strategies
- Create appealing visual displays that highlight the unique features of our products
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on data analysis
