Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Braga. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring their computer systems are functioning properly. This is a contract job with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on client computers
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Provide timely technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all technical support activities and resolutions in our system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required
