Merchandiser for Retail Store in Lusail, Canada



We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team at our retail store in Lusail, Canada. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure that merchandise is stocked and presented according to company standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and promote sales
- Ensure that all products are stocked and presented in an organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the store manager about restocking needs
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan product assortments and ensure proper product placement
- Train and supervise other merchandising staff members
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure that displays are maintained and products are properly labeled
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Continuously improve visual merchandising techniques to increase sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in visual merchandising or retail management
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
