Contract Administrator - Mecca, Saudi Arabia
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Mecca. As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, vendors, and clients
- Maintain contract files and documentation
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms
- Communicate contract changes and updates to relevant parties
- Serve as a point of contact for any contract-related inquiries or issues
- Collaborate with legal department to ensure contracts are in compliance with laws and regulations
- Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Indian nationality preferred
- Salary: 1400$ per month
