We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a contract basis in the vibrant city of Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Contract Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all food safety standards are met.
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Continuously learn about new products, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and drink recipes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple customers at once.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Must have own transportation as accommodation is not provided.
