We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Lom, providing leadership and direction to our team of professionals. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, organizing, budgeting, and supervising the construction team.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Supervise construction activities on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review and approve contractor bids and change orders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues or concerns
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and timely completion of projects
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Must have a valid work permit for Lom
