A reputable property management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Moscow. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain and repair properties. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a professional and timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or related field
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be able to obtain one upon hire
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
