Heavy Equipment Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duty will be to ensure that these machines are operated safely and efficiently to complete construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine equipment needs
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects on time
- Keep track of materials used and report any issues or concerns to management
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing equipment operation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating various types of heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read construction plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and strength to operate equipment for long periods of time
- Biometric passport for easy travel within the country

Salary: $1700 per month

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. We welcome freshers who have relevant training or experience in operating heavy equipment. This job is open to Indian nationals who are legally allowed to work in Ufa.
