IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Akron. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our technology infrastructure
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely solutions
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring and training new staff members
- Develop disaster recovery plans and backup systems to protect against data loss
- Communicate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functioning
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or in a senior IT position
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware installation, and software troubleshooting
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-tech savvy individuals
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies within an organization
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
