We are currently hiring for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Eschen, a beautiful city known for its rich culinary culture. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and leading our team of talented chefs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and design menus that meet our customers' expectations and align with our restaurant's concept
- Manage food and labor costs to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets our high standards
- Oversee kitchen operations, including safety, sanitation, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house staff, to ensure a smooth dining experience for our customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to create innovative menus that cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing food costs and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$, along with accommodation. This is a full-time position that requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who have the required experience. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
