Indian Executive Chef in Mauren
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Mauren. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating innovative and authentic Indian dishes, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring high quality standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Proficient in creating traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Develop creative menus that showcase authentic Indian cuisine while catering to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
