Merchandising Coordinator



We are hiring a skilled Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Faisalabad! As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the production and distribution of products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards are met. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain inventory levels, monitor production schedules, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor production schedules and manage inventory levels
- Coordinate with design team to develop new product concepts and improve existing ones
- Conduct market research to stay updated on latest trends and customer demands
- Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular inspections
- Collaborate with sales team to create effective marketing strategies for products
- Process orders and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve any issues that may arise during production or shipment process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of product development, sourcing, and supply chain management processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Nationality preference: Any (but must have biometric passport)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
