Office Manager - Sharjah, UAE
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven leadership abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
