We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This is a contract job with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan construction projects, such as buildings, roads, bridges and other structures
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor progress of construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on the construction site
- Keep detailed records of project progress and costs
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and construction techniques
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or Revit is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
