Civil Engineer - Project Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer from India to join our team in Izhevsk as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management. You must also possess a valid biometric passport and be able to work legally in Russia on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of civil engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
- Oversee the design and development of plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to clients and senior management
- Ensure all safety standards are met at all times during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Experience managing budgets and schedules for large-scale projects
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
