Hotel Manager in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. This is a contract position that requires experience in managing high-end hotels and a biometric passport.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the hotel by maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability. You will work closely with department heads to develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond promptly to any complaints or concerns
- Create a positive working environment by motivating and mentoring employees
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure high standards are maintained
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for senior management
- Act as a liaison between the hotel management company and property owners

Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury property
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of all hotel departments including front desk operations, housekeeping, food & beverage operations, maintenance etc.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through effective sales strategies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Biometric passport for international travel is mandatory

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month along with other benefits.
