Executive Chef
We are a renowned hotel in Ar Rumaythiyah seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality and standards of food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus, taking into consideration dietary needs and preferences
- Manage food inventory and ordering to maintain proper stock levels
- Monitor food costs and budget to ensure profitability
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including delegation of tasks and performance evaluations
- Implement food safety protocols and maintain sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients to create innovative dishes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation, and safety standards
- Creativity in menu planning and ability to adapt to changing trends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
