Experienced Baker

We are a reputable bakery located in Las Vegas, seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet our quality standards
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train new bakers and supervise their work
- Collaborate with other team members to come up with new product ideas

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker
- Knowledge of different types of baking techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
