Senior Architect (Contract) - Khanpur


We are a leading architecture firm based in Khanpur seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architecture and possess strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings throughout the duration of projects
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects is preferred
