Hotel Sales Manager - El-Ain, Egypt


We are in search of a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the local market. This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month, without accommodation, and is suitable for both men and women.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase bookings. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify potential clients and establish relationships with them. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and managing the sales team to ensure they meet their targets.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. You must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to identify target markets and potential clients
- Build relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure bookings
- Train and manage the sales team to meet their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of competition
- Create reports on sales performance for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong understanding of local market trends and dynamics
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
