Salary: 1200$ per month


We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that meet our clients' needs and goals. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing website layouts and templates
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure design implementation
- Conducting user research and incorporating feedback into designs
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile optimization
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
