We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Akron. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and guidance to our clients through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with our products or services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through various online channels.
- Provide accurate information and knowledgeable recommendations to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to better assist clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or consulting role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using various online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
$1800 per month.
