Position: Architectural Technologist
Location: Shan, Nepal

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop construction drawings and specifications for projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project progress
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all standards
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Review project plans and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Nepal is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
