We are seeking a talented and motivated Entry Level Painter to join our team in Lisbon. As an Entry Level Painter, you will be responsible for assisting with various painting projects, working under the supervision of experienced painters. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling holes, and applying primer
- Assist with mixing paint and matching colors
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but some basic knowledge of painting techniques is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions from experienced painters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus)

Salary:
