Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms for any inappropriate or offensive content.
- Review user-generated content and remove any violations of community guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and maintain community guidelines.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in online moderation.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Moderator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must have own visa allowing for work in Funchal.
