We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for building construction projects. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in architectural technology and a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings for building construction projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop 2D and 3D models of buildings
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for drawings
- Prepare project specifications and cost estimates
- Review and modify existing designs to improve functionality or efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with building codes, regulations, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have a valid biometric passport
