We are seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Technologist to join our team in St-Petersburg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, including drafting plans, creating detailed technical drawings, and collaborating with architects and engineers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting and design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects in creating designs for residential, commercial, and public buildings
- Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or Revit software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Perform on-site inspections to ensure construction is following design plans accurately
- Keep up-to-date with building codes and regulations in Russia
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary based on experience level. The starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with a standard work week of 40 hours. Flexible working arrangements may be available.

Location:
This position is located in St-Petersburg, Russia. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in Russian is required for this role as all communication will be conducted in Russian.
