IT Manager

As an IT Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our information technology systems and operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and solutions to improve business processes and productivity
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data security and integrity
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Train employees on new technology systems or applications as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements or upgrades to current systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Location:
This position is based in Lahore, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are eligible for work authorization in Pakistan.

Salary:
