IT Manager



We are in search of an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our team in Lahore. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and security systems
- Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of all systems and timely resolution of any issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry to continuously improve the company's IT capabilities
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions to enhance their productivity
- Develop and manage budgets for all IT operations and projects
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement necessary measures to safeguard company data
- Oversee the procurement process for all IT equipment, software, and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, database management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
