Shaper Assistant in Split, Croatia


We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a Shaper Assistant in Split, Croatia. As a Shaper Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced shapers to assist in shaping and finishing surfboards. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist shapers in the shaping and sanding of surfboards
- Prepare materials for shaping process
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Learn and follow safety protocols for working with tools and machinery
- Perform quality control checks on finished surfboards
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines

Requirements:
- Passion for surfing and interest in the shaping process
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Previous experience in woodworking or using power tools is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
