Data Analyst

We are a fast-growing data analysis company based in St. Petersburg, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will help inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and software tools
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights within the data
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings
- Communicate results to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide analytical support
- Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to data collection processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with statistical analysis software such as R or Python is preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
