We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Preservation Architect to join our team in Ufa. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that historical elements are preserved while also meeting modern building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of historical buildings to determine the extent of preservation and restoration work needed.
- Develop plans for preservation and restoration projects, taking into consideration the building's historical significance, structural integrity, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and other professionals to ensure that preservation work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities before beginning preservation projects.
- Monitor progress of preservation projects and make adjustments as needed to maintain the building's historical integrity.
- Conduct research on historical buildings to gather information about their original design, materials used, and construction techniques.
- Provide guidance on maintenance strategies for preserving historic buildings long-term.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architect with a focus on preservation projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural history, materials, and construction techniques used in historic buildings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors.

Salary: $1400/month

Preferred:
- Indian nationality or experience working in India.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Ability to work part-time or remotely on certain projects.
