Preservation Architect

A reputable architecture firm in Ufa is seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a passion for preserving historical and cultural buildings. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$. No previous experience is required and English language proficiency is not necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical and cultural buildings, including their architectural style, materials, and construction techniques
- Develop preservation plans for buildings, taking into consideration their historical significance and any necessary renovations or repairs
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the preservation plans are properly executed
- Monitor the progress of preservation projects to ensure they are completed according to plan and within budget
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of buildings and make recommendations for preservation efforts

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of historical architecture styles, materials, and construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with clients
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed
