Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Ufa, Russia. You will work closely with government agencies, private organizations, and individuals to ensure the protection of cultural heritage.

Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, developing preservation plans, overseeing restoration projects, and providing technical expertise on building materials and techniques. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that preservation work is carried out in accordance with industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience working on historic preservation projects. A strong understanding of building codes and regulations is also required. Fluency in English is preferred as well as knowledge of Russian.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. Visa sponsorship may also be available for non-Russian candidates.
