Sales Manager - Utena, Lithuania
Our company in Utena, Lithuania is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve company goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success through training, coaching and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support and coaching
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team on areas for improvement
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to review sales targets, progress and challenges
- Build strong relationships with key clients to promote long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment in sales efforts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving targets
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
