We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet their targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel for work purposes if required
